Wellcum two Detroit

If there was any indication that the nation was headed toward third world country status it's this story:


Detroit has 47% Illiteracy Rate

Those rates, folks, are muslim country literacy rates.

But I'm sure somebody in our fearless government has a solution.  I mean why not just throw billions upon billions of dollars at the problem?  And let's strengthen the Teacher's Union.  Can't forget about lowering our testing standards either.  I mean, none of those have worked so far, but indeed, let's keep trying those things. Maybe trying the same thing and expecting different results will work in this case.
