Federal Judge rules Obamacare unconstitutional. 2nd best news all week (Eagles beating the Dallass Cowgirls being #1 of course).
I wonder if the judge should have waited until congress was out of session so they don't try any shenanigans trying to ram another version through. Doubt there is enough time, but never underestimate the slimyness of the congressional democrats.
