Oklahoma!
Cool, so now if Texas secedes, another chunk of heartland will be ready to follow... I'm so ready... Plus Oklahoma and Texas have some top notch bass fishing... Dunno what the hell I'm really waiting for. Freedom, Guns, Independence, and Bass... Maybe by the time the ol' Barney Frank flu settles down out that way, it'll be time to head west...
The 10th Amendment is now tied with the 2nd for my favorite Bill of Rights Amendments. The 1st Amendment is great, but the 2nd guarantees them all for us, while the 10th seriously (at least in theory, for now...) limits the federal government from assuming too much power.

We truly have forgotten the 10th Amendment. I propose a class action lawsuit against the federal government being in violation of the 10th! Take it to the supremem court if need be. Is there a libertarian lawfirm out there that would do it?

The lawyers the government employs, as well as judicial activism that democrats are famous for make it unlikely to succeed, or ever even make it to the SCOTUS. The long term plan I would like to see made a reality is to get more Libertarians in the state level government, and build from there... I will most likely vote republican in major elections still, but at the local and state level, it will be libertarian across the board. Once we are solidly ensconced in state government, we oppose the federal government with powers promised to us (the state and the people) in the 10th amendment. It is one of the most powerful amendments out there, but as of yet its energy is potential rather than kinetic...
